A complete professional transcription system for court reporters, scopists, proofreaders, legal professionals, and serious transcriptionists who need precise foot-pedal control and high-quality audio playback.
Transcription software + USB foot pedal + transcription headset + installation assistance + technical support
The Martel Transcriber plays the original audio exactly as it was recorded. It does not degrade, convert, recompress, overwrite, or otherwise change the original audio file.
Martel will install the program for you if you need help, configure the USB foot pedal, and provide technical support. It is included in the price.
Professional transcription is not casual listening. Court reporters, scopists, and proofreaders may need to replay a single word several times. The Martel Transcriber lets you control and review that audio while hearing the original recording exactly as it was recorded.
The Martel Transcriber plays the source file directly. It does not make a lower-quality replacement file just so you can transcribe it.
Slow the voice, adjust listening volume, rewind, and use back-step. Those controls change only how you listen, not the stored recording.
When you finish working, the original audio file remains in the same format and quality in which it was recorded.
You do not have to search for separate software, a compatible pedal, a headset, installation help, and technical support. Martel brings the entire system together.
The All N One Transcription Kit is designed around the stop, replay, type, and review workflow used by professional transcriptionists.
Load a recording received from a recorder, court-reporting workflow, client, law office, hearing, interview, meeting, or professional dictation source.
Play, pause, step backward, and move forward while both hands remain available for typing, editing, and correcting the transcript.
The simple and intuitive controls make the system easy to understand while the original recording remains in its existing format and original recorded quality.
Review testimony, proceeding audio, and supported audio exported from court-reporting systems without repeatedly reaching for the mouse.
Control the recording by foot while editing and correcting a rough transcript in a separate professional application.
Replay questionable words, names, interruptions, and soft answers while keeping the transcript active on the screen.
Work through depositions, hearings, recorded statements, interviews, meetings, research, and professional dictation.
The Martel Audio Transcriber uses clear, straightforward controls built around stopping, repeating, slowing, and reviewing spoken audio. The interface is easy to understand so you can begin using it right away while your typing application remains open.
Assign the left, center, and right controls to the playback actions you use most. The simple settings are easy to understand, and Martel can configure the pedal for you as part of the included installation assistance.
The Martel system combines professional playback, compatible hardware, included support, and simple controls that are ready to use.

File compatibility can depend on both the visible file extension and the audio codec contained inside the recording.
Additional and legacy formats may depend on the codec and current software configuration. Confirm compatibility before ordering when a specific uncommon file format is essential to your work.
Opus audio files can be opened and played directly in the Martel Transcriber, including Opus files used by Case CATalyst and Eclipse users. Use the included USB foot pedal to control playback while you transcribe.
The Martel software controls the recording. Your transcript is created in Microsoft Word or another compatible word-processing or professional transcript-production application.
A proprietary court-reporting project or internal audio-sync format may first need to be exported from the originating application into a compatible standard audio format.
The All N One system assists a human transcription professional. It does not automatically create the finished transcript.
Remote PC installation assistance and technical support are included in the price. Martel can help install the transcription software, configure the USB foot pedal, and assist you if you need technical help using the system.
Martel has worked with dictation, transcription, court-reporting, and professional audio customers for generations. This kit is sold as a complete working system—not merely as a software download.
