Shipping Policy
Free Shipping Over $99
Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States, subject to the shipping options and conditions displayed at checkout.
Most in-stock orders placed by 3:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day ship the same business day. Some orders may require additional processing time due to product availability, payment verification, configuration, special-order requirements, or other circumstances.

What to expect after you place your order
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders placed by 3:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day are processed and shipped the same business day.
Tracking
When tracking becomes available, shipment information is automatically emailed to the email address provided with your order.
Free-Shipping Transit
Free standard shipping may take up to 7 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
Shipping Carriers
Martel generally ships orders using UPS and the United States Postal Service.
Business Days
Shipping and processing estimates are based on business days and may be affected by weekends, holidays, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
No Will Call or Pickup
Martel does not offer public will-call or unscheduled customer pickup at our business location. Orders are shipped directly to the customer.
Shipping estimates and delays
We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the time represented when you purchase. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised or legally required time, we will provide any notice, delay option, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law. A legally required full refund will not be reduced by a restocking or cancellation fee.

Card Payments
Credit and debit card payments are securely processed through Authorize.Net. Depending on the payment method, you may be transferred to a secure processor-hosted payment page to complete the transaction.
Payment Authorization
A temporary authorization or pending transaction does not necessarily mean the order has shipped. Orders remain subject to payment verification and order acceptance.
Affirm Financing
Affirm approval, available payment plans, interest, repayment schedules, and eligibility are determined by Affirm and are subject to Affirm's terms.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the order, delivery location, and the tax-collection requirements that apply to Martel.
Payment security: Please do not email Martel your complete credit-card number, card security code, banking password, or other sensitive payment credentials. Use the secure checkout process provided on our website.

Receipts, merchandise & support
Email Receipt
An order confirmation or receipt is emailed to the address provided with your order.
Packing Documentation
A paper receipt, invoice, packing slip, or other order documentation may also be included with shipped merchandise.
New Products
Unless a listing specifically states otherwise, Martel sells new merchandise rather than used or refurbished equipment.
Returns
30-Day Return Window
For purchases made on or after October 15, 2026, request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered. The 30-day deadline is for submitting the RMA request; the returned package does not have to arrive within that same 30-day period. See our Return Policy for the full terms.
5% restocking fee:
Our standard return policy applies a 5% restocking fee to all products, including Zoom Multiple Microphones Kits. The fee is calculated on the returned merchandise price after discounts, excluding sales tax and shipping charges.
Customers are responsible for paying the cost of shipping returns back to Martel. Martel does not pay or reimburse return shipping under this standard return policy. Pack the item securely and follow your RMA instructions.
For an authorized return accepted under this policy, Martel will inspect the returned item and issue the approved refund, less the applicable 5% restocking fee, within seven calendar days after receiving the return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit after Martel issues it.
This policy does not limit any warranty or refund right required by applicable law, including applicable rights involving defective, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed, or undelivered merchandise. A legally required full refund will not be reduced by a restocking fee, and legally required return-shipping remedies remain available. This updated policy does not retroactively reduce a more favorable written return or guarantee promise that applied when an earlier purchase was made.
Return authorization
Complete our Contact Us form and select Repair / RMA within 30 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, the item or items you want to return, and the reason for the return. If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not delivered, describe the problem so we can determine the appropriate remedy. Wait for Martel to provide your RMA and return instructions before shipping merchandise back.
