Description

If your law firm is working on sensitive cases, then your dictation equipment and dictation recorder should not be on computers or the internet for hackers to access. This is a kit for you. It works like an old dictation unit.

The package includes a handheld dictator with a slide-control for easy control. The secretary receives the desktop docking station with headphones and foot pedal. After the lawyer completes their sensitive dictation, they simply hand the recorder to the secretary, just like they would a cassette tape. Next, the secretary inserts the recorder into the desktop cradle with foot pedal and begins transcribing. It's that easy, no computer is needed for this legal dictation.

The lawyer's digital dictator with desktop transcriber package allows you to work in the same way you would with a traditional tape-based transcriber. This is a business tool that brings real added value. The lawyers package features hands-free listening of the dictation, Workflow Management and the ability to store a substantial amount of workflow information. Replace your old dictation system without having to learn new technology, due to the easy-to-use interface.

Law firms should buy this dictation and transcription package because it offers maximum security by eliminating the need for computers or internet connections, ensuring sensitive legal work stays offline and safe from hackers. The system mimics the simplicity of traditional cassette dictation, making it easy for lawyers and secretaries to swap memory cards and work efficiently. With hands-free listening, a foot pedal for transcription, and superior audio quality, this package provides a secure, reliable solution for managing sensitive casework.

    Hands free dictation recorder

Posted by Mandy W. on 28th Sep 2014

The best part of the Martel hands-free dictation recorder/transcriber is that I wont have to download a file to a pc. We use it in our grand jury hearings and then I can transcribe directly from the recorder by just plugging in the foot pedal. Once this is done it becomes a digital transcriber with headset, you can also set the automatic back space on the foot pedal so it rewinds a word or two for you.

Digital dictation equipment comes of age or does it DIY or get professional dictation equipment

Posted by Boston on 4th Aug 2014

Digital dictation equipment is usually made up of hardware, such as a portable handheld digital dictation recorder machine or a microphone connected to a mac or computer to dictate the dictation and software to receive the recording. Dictation is a much more efficient way to record data than keyboard typing, especially when compared to typing on iphones or tablets. maxium productivity, we can dictate quicker than we can type. Professional dictation has ability to dictate\record, back up and record over parts that were mistakes. Note-taking and Dictation Apps for Lawyers stop and read. The apps are clumsy and require you to have your phone open to the app when dictating. The dictation apps are hard to rewind and find a spot where you need to insert some dictation. The apps are complete useless if you are trying to do more than one thing on the phone like google something and then dictate at the same time. Cheap, discounted, and I would forget about apps as a replacement for portable dictation equipment. you get what you pay for. So if you are dictating more than 30 minutes a day as a lawyer you need to invest in professional dictation equipment.

Shop Here for Digital Dictation / Transcription Equipment I did and got great value

Posted by Kloe on 3rd Aug 2014

When I went to buy Digital Dictation / Transcription Equipment I really was not sure what to buy. The next generation of dictation equipment was so confusing. The major brands like Olympus Dictation equipment, Sony Dictation equipment, Philips Dictation equipment and Lanier dictation equipment. So many choices and off shots of the dictation equipment I could hardly read it anymore. Luckily I called Austin at Martel and he explained this dictation\transcription equipment used a foot pedal that plugged into the back of the recorder so we didn't need a computer to transcriber. Now thats very easy to understand and it was allot cheaper than the old Dictaphone dictation equipment we use to buy.
