Great reception. Replay is wonderful, better than previous court reporter mics.

The last microphone from this company I had for over a decade without ever an issue. Finally, it got a short. This microphone is better than the competition............. hands down!

I used my new mic for the first time today. Unbelievable sound quality. In fact, the sound had to be turned down on my Diamante because the mic's strength was so high. I could hear conversations of observers in the courtroom. I do not know why I waited so long to buy one.

This was my first time dealing with this company and I'm not impressed with their customer service. I ordered a microphone for my steno writer based on reviews from other forums. Upon receiving it, the mic didn't work properly or perhaps I didn't have the battery inserted properly. I called Austin in technical support, left two voicemails followed by an e-mail, and I'm still waiting to get a call back. Someone else in my office finally showed me how to insert the battery properly. I'm not a satisfied customer. I'd rather buy from someone else.

I have used the Martel court reporter microphones for over 20 years now and they have never let me down. The voice quality can't be beat. My laptop and steno machine are at least 30 feet away from the witness and they sound just like they are talking into my microphone. Don't settle for anything except a Martel court reporter microphone.

So far so good. The sounds quality is awesome, like all Martel products I've bought in the past. It doesn't pay to scrimp on money and quality when it comes to your livelihood. Martel products are the best in my opinion! You can't beat the clarity or background noise elimination quality of these products.

I started with Martel products 12 years ago and about 4 years ago went to another product. BAD mistake. The other produce was never reliable. I was always concerned with it cutting off in the middle of depositions or court. I went back to Martel about a year ago and wish I had never left. Buying a new mic (conference grabber). I will always be with Martel. South Carolina

I just ordered this microphone and can't wait till I receive it. I had Martel's mic in the past and it lasted a long time. I tried other brand mics before, and you can't hear as clear from a distance as Martel's mic. I had to come back to Martel. I also like that they have a battery tester on it. I highly recommend this mic. Maryland
