There are many reasons for recording voices in your meetings. So I made a quick summary of the 6 main reasons you need to voice record your organization's meetings or conferences.

1. The #1 reason to record a meeting is to help the disabled, who cannot attend.
No one should be left out of a business meeting because the physical ca not attend, regardless of distances or physical disabilities. The meeting recorder packages ensure that voice meetings can be distributed through the internet to anywhere. This will benefit everyone with the same information in a group.

2. Closed-door meetings often have the answers to tough problems.
