Olympus AS-9000 kit with an RS31H foot pedal, E103 headset and ODMS R7 transcription software for law-office dictation workflows.
Serving professionals since 1957 with reliable dictation equipment and expert support.
The Olympus AS-9000 Digital Transcription Kit brings foot-controlled playback and file management to a compatible computer. Legal secretaries and transcriptionists can review recorded dictation while keeping their hands available for typing.
Use the four-pedal RS31H controller to operate playback, and listen through the lightweight, under-the-chin E103 stereo headset. The included ODMS R7 Transcription Module helps organize recordings and identify priority jobs.
ODMS R7 plays DSS, DSS Pro (DS2), WAV, WMA and MP3 recordings, including supported encrypted DSS Pro files. File routing through shared folders, email or FTP depends on your office configuration.
This is a transcription kit for working with recorded audio. A dictation recorder and separately licensed Dragon speech-recognition software are not included.
OM SYSTEM lists Windows 10 and Windows 11 for ODMS R7 standalone installation. Use a compatible, updated R7 release and check the full software requirements before installation.
Before ordering for a Mac, confirm the supplied DSS Player for Mac license and your macOS version with Martel. Mac and Windows software features differ. Also check your recorder model, audio format and any encrypted-file requirements.
Tell Martel which recorder, computer and transcription software you use. These details help identify whether this AS-9000 kit fits your existing workflow and what configuration is required.
