USB COURT REPORTER MICROPHONE INFORMATION. I have searched for a special USB court reporter microphone for over 2 months now. I have tried cheap microphones with my audiosync and my laptop and they have all sounded bad. The I tested the Martel HGMUSB, Wow. I have noticed that almost all the Court Reporters in my agency are using Martel microphones and I should have trusted them in the first place. I would recommend the Martel Court reporter microphone to every realtime reporter.

I have had this microphone for over a year now and love it. I was in court yesterday and dropped it in my glass of water. I let it dry for a day and plugged it in and it works. Wow, Martel wasn't kidding about made in the USA. Its rugged and the sound quality is superior to anything I have heard before in court reporter microphones. I would definitely buy another when I need it.

Special court reporter microphone. I have been a realtime court reporter for 15 years. I had just bought a Toshiba Laptop with Eclipse software. I tried 3 other so called court reporter microphones before I bought the Martel HGMUSB court reporter microphone. Believe me there is a huge difference with the Martel microphone. It also has a green light indicator showing you that it is working properly. I now can pick up voice up to 100 feet, tested. It has an hearing aid ic chip that filters out the back ground noise. Do not waste time or money buy this court reporter microphone, its worth every penny.
